Negro Makes Fine Memorial Day Address at Opera House
Hi Hector the Black Knight spoke at two prohibition tents and delivered Memorial Day remarks to a packed opera house. About 390 gained admission with 200 more unable to enter as exercises at the cemetery followed a veterans parade. A large float with 20 white-clad girls centered by Daroelly Morris drew attention along with decorated autos and numerous veterans and Zolinl corps members. The town enjoyed a regular holiday as businesses closed for the ceremonies.

Jesus Walks on the Sea Sunday School Lesson 1910
Text sketches Jesus walking on the sea after feeding the five thousand. It explores why Jesus sent the disciples away, the need for solitude and prayer, and how fear, faith, and divine guidance shape discipleship. Questions ask about storm life, courage, and duplicating Jesus’ deeds, ending with the Canaam woman lesson reference.
