Christmas Day Party For Children On USS Ingraham

A morning Christmas party was held for orphan children and children of the USS Ingraham crew at 10 a.m. Santa Claus distributed presents and an animated cartoon was shown. The event was funded by crew donations. Comdr. Hart Kait of Coronado commanded USS Ingraham.

The Coronado Art Association present exhibit at Gallery 1115 Orange Avenue continues through the first week of January. Local scene paintings are on sale at moderate prices and members should bring in their work by 5 p.m. Friday January 7 for a jury selected show.
