Landlords Urged to Report Voided Leases This Month
Landlords must file reports on leases terminated before April 1 to the Rent Administrator by April 15 to decontrol housing. Lloyd Harmon told Coronado Apartment and Hotel Owners Association that decontrolled leases require a formal report to Karl Edmunds of San Diego. Harmon noted limited revenue from properties due to OPA and high taxes and that the Home and Property Owners Association is inactivated after Capt. H. G. S. Wallace’s resignation.
