Fourteen Million Dollar Printing Contract Awarded
The Akron Daily Times reports Werner Company of Akron won a vast $14,000,000 contract to print a national history book series. It covers five million volumes of ~1000 pages, extensive paper and binding needs, skins, gold leaves, ink, and大量 carloads of materials, totaling 1,300 trainloads of supplies and a printing span of about 51 years at nine hours daily.
