International Christian Endeavor Convention Inspires Thousands
The twenty sixth International Christian Endeavor Convention in Los Angeles filled Fiesta Park with a vast roofed venue and overflow meetings across churches. A thousand voice choir led by Prof Peckham and a fifty piece orchestra supplied music for the agenda of sermons, conferences, and evangelistic services led by Billy Sunday.

Corona officials prepare to enact speeding regulations as Grand Boulevard improvements near completion. The board considers signs indicating safe speeds, outdoor enforcement on the circle, and a citywide 15 mph limit inside the boulevard with 20 mph outside.

Trustees Hear a Few Protests at City Hall Meeting

Fire causes minor damage at city brush site
An 11:30 AM alarm from Third and Howard streets found firefighters arrive to a scene where a garden hose had already extinguished the fire. C. W. Peck was unloading brush at Third and Joy streets when embers from burning brush ignited the wagon rear, causing only slight damage.
