Convicted One Day Pardoned the Next in Faulkner Circuit
W. P. Bryant was convicted of attempting to induce a witness to swear falsely in State vs Z. T. Newberry in the Faulkner circuit court. He received six months in jail and a $100 fine, based on J. W. Jackson’s testimony. Governor Jones remitted both the fine and jail sentence on Thursday.
