The program featured Blue Ribbon Orchestra Harrisburg Male Quartette and soloist Jesse Holton with Rev Rassedl delivering the principal address. County Supt Ochiltree presented certificates and Trustee Stephen Kerr praised the schools while urging continued advancement and strong civic spirit in Harrison township.
