Firefighters rushed to Concord National Bank early Monday after a small blaze broke out in the cellar. Chief Harry E. Tuttle said an oily mop near a wooden partition likely caused spontaneous combustion. The damage stayed to the partition, with a crowd gathering around deposits and valuables.
