Fragmentary civic note on July vote and local affairs
Partial OCR reads like a civic notice referencing a July vote and local matters. Names and full details are unclear, but the fragment signals a participation event and community concern requiring official action.
White Bak to A is Pe dy
The fragmentary text provides unclear names and places making it difficult to summarize a coherent event. No identifiable persons, organizations, dates, or actions are clearly readable to report a definite news item.

Banthine Shows Promise For Ulcer Healing
In eight months Grimson's group used the rug on 65 patients with results reported in Gastroenterology as excellent in all but three cases Banthine markedly improves over past methods for treating ulcers. The regimen starts with two pills every six hours, then reduces to one pill at six hour intervals as healing progresses. Usually about three days in hospital are needed for dosage adjustment. Once proper dosage is found patients continue Banthine until ulcers heal completely.
