Golf swing secrets by Sam Snead

The article describes Sam Snead’s golf swing technique focusing on the downswing, hip and shoulder alignment, and timing. It explains starting slowly to retain control, keeping the weight of the clubhead in check, and guiding the club on a near inside-out path to produce a slight draw and longer roll.

Golf swing follow-through explained with body alignment

The article discusses keeping shoulders parallel to the direction line and explains how the body, hips, and head position affect impact. It emphasizes that a correct pre impact motion ensures a proper swing through contact and why the head acts as the swing’s top anchor.

Reading on keeping head position during golf swing

The excerpt discusses keeping the head down until after impact and preventing head bobbing. It notes that backswing and forward swing can cause head movement and that returning the head to the correct position at impact cannot be done by pure accident, highlighting the risk of timing errors in the swing.
