Archbishop Richard J. Cushing celebrated the mass and awarded the diplomas.
Miss Irene Barker of Stockport England marries Reuben Aroman son of Mr and Mrs Kusti Aroman in a double ring ceremony at the Union Congregational Church parsonage. 250 guests attended at Parker Street hall. Aroman, a Maynard High and Bentley School of Finance and Accounting graduate, served three years in the U S Army in England France and Germany. They will reside at 42 Sudbury Street after a wedding trip to Canada.

Maynard Mrs. Jo seph Boothroyd of 166 Great Road attended the graduation exercises for their daughter Marion at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross Boston last Sunday Morning. Rev. Richard J. Cushing celebrated mass and delivered the baccalaureate, presenting diplomas. Graduates from St Elizabeth's Hospital Brighton and St Joseph's St Johns Dorchester St Margarets Dorchester Carney Hospital South Boston were also present with prelates Archbishop Duhig of Brisbane and Bishop Graner of Dacca.
Two hundred city girls from Chicago public schools will do outdoor farm work this summer. They will de tassel corn for a two week period in late July and early August. The girls, 15 and older will be housed in dormitories near the farms.
The report notes Joseph E. Boothroyd II is named District Deputy for District I of the State Council based in Marlboro Leominster and Concord. He will serve under general control and attend Council sessions as a representative of the State Council. Boothroyd previously held roles in the Knights of Columbus and was a delegate to Chapter.
