Color blindness not total sight loss under law says judge
Judge John T. Pendleton in Atlanta held color blindness does not equal total blindness for legal purposes. The suit by George L. The association refused payment, claiming the policy did not cover such blindness. Fallin sued through City Attorney James L. Mayson in the Superior Court.
