Concord High extended its unbeaten season with a 4 0 win over Natick High on Crosby's Pond. W Heyliger scored three goals and Besco added one as Concord earned its fourth straight victory. Thompson afternoon on Crosby's Pond, Concord then beat Howe High 6 1 with Heyliger notching four goals and Beharrell A Murray and Stearns scoring the others.
Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 56 plans a St Patrick's Day entertainment on Tuesday evening March 17. The arrangements are led by a committee including James Powers Jr Thomas Coyne Patrick A Smith Richard Hartnett James Carey Thomas J Byron Sr Edward Cullinane William H Dee Patrick McPhillips Michael Hopkins Owen McPhillips and Michael J Collins.

District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler William J Moore from Milford visited Concord Lodge of Elks in Monuwmert hall on Tuesday evening with John A McKenzie also of Milford acting grand esquire and a large suite. Past deputies H Wesley Curtis and Bra dy spoke as guests. Two candidates were initiated by Concord lodge. Harold Wellington exalted ruler and Edward W. Sheehan presented Moore with a lodge gift, while Benjamin Derby presented McKenzie with a gift.
The Concord Chapter of the Unitarian Laymen's League met in the vestry of the First Parish Meeting House on Thursday evening Fres with Roger C. Fenn in charge. Rev. Leslie T. Pennington of Braintree gave a thoughtful address on The Public Mind in Democracy, following a bountiful supper.

Mrs Henry F Smith will continue as president for the coming year and a slate of new officers and directors was elected at the annual meeting of the Concord Female Charitable Society held in the vestry of the First Parish Meeting House. The treasury showed about 1900 dollars in expenditures and a 100 dollar balance. Memorial tributes were paid to deceased members Mrs Adam Hoffecker and Mrs Edward L Parker and former member Mrs Jeremiah Sheehan.
Medford Independents brought a strong lineup to Concord and used substitutions to wear down the opponents. Heyliger was Concord’s lone scorer while B. Peckham scored twice for Medford and Kerins and Sweeney added goals. Final score Medford 4 Concord 1.

Walden Chapter to meet at Masonic Temple Monday evening supper at 6 30 followed by social hour and ceremonial rites conducted by High Priest Warren B Goddard.

The Hibernians won the weekly round of the Concord Division 56 Ancient Graer tournament at Monument Hall on Friday. Concord Rod and Gun Club and Concord Council Knights of Columbus trailed with 36 and 31 games respectively, while Capt. William H. Deed led the Hiburnians with 12 wins. Team totals place the Knights 318, Gun Club 304, and Hibernians 278 for the season.
A unique Firégide Service was held Sunday evening with Rev. George Loring Thurlow and the quartet Thors Todd Henry a Thorpe Martii F. Gone Earl H. Parks participating. The pastor presented a story without a conclusion and invited the audience to supply it, ending with Thurlow’s conclusion and a closing quartet song as the service concluded.
The Concord Independents and Hoyt Pass played to a 2 to 2 tie at Lexington Reservoir on Sunday. W Beardsell and Parkes scored for Concord while Avery and McInnis replied for Hoyt Pass. Two overtime periods failed to resolve the game, with Goales credited to W Beardsell Parkes Avery McInnis. Referee Jones officiated a 20 minute regulation and two five minute overtime periods.
Concord Town defeats Concord Hockey 2 to 0 at Crosby's Pond in the opening game of the annual town series. Arkin and Parks scored for the Town Team and Dempsey and Johnson anchor the lineup in a shutout win.
Miss Ruth Armstead Ungermen daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Teeerman of Bronxville announces her engagement to William Tyler of Bronxville. Formerly of Concord she lived at 90 Main Street and is a graduate of Wellesley College.
A large Concord PTA meeting at the high school auditorium welcomed 33 new members and guests. The group unanimously supported establishing a kindergarten in Concord schools and prepared a petition to the school committee. A Hartman Teaching Films presentation was discussed with future demonstrations announced by Mr. Gould. Dr. Abraham Myerson, noted psychologist and author, is cited among the speakers.
Dr Myerson presented a talk titled Wardity and Environment in the Life of the Child, delivering an intensely interesting examination that engaged attendees amid snow and difficult travel. The session offered substantial food for thought and inspired gratitude from those who attended the privilege.
The Police Relief Association hosts the G Concert and Ball at the State Armory on Tuesday Feb 10. The venue will feature buff decor, a tiered orchestra stand, and refined seating with soft lighting. Chief Ryan will greet guests, with a dining room prepared downstairs and a buffet lunch for attendees. Master of Ceremonies will be Col. Robert E and Mrs Win.
