Brothers Walter and Edwin Arnold Given Additional Sentences
Walter Arnold aged 18 and his brother Edwin aged 16, already serving six months at Cambridge House of Correction, received additional sentences on Wednesday from Judge Cox at Cambridge Court for three counts of breaking and entering. Walter was sentenced to the Reformatory for five years and Edwin to an indefinite term.

Worcester Fire Sweeps City in Massive Blaze
At 10 o'clock this morning the fire was under control with losses estimated at 1.6 million dollars. Worcester officials call it the greatest fire in the city's history though no lives were lost. Firefighters suffered frostbite but no major injuries occurred. Buildings including Knowles and Sawyer properties, Williams Book Store, Monehan Sporting Goods, and several tenements were badly damaged or destroyed across multiple streets. Fire caused extensive damage to the Bijou theater area and numerous residences along Ward, AssoNet, Millbury, and Harding streets.

Funeral services for Cyrus P. Pickard held at home
Funeral rites for Cyrus Peverly Pickard were led by Isaac Davis Post 138 G A R and Rev John F Snyder at his Nashoba district home. Mrs Otis Forbush sang two solos as a flag draped casket rested among flowers. over 50 relatives attended. Pickard, born March 21 1842 in Canterbury NH, served in multiple Civil War units and died January 9 1921 in Acton Massachusetts.
