Mrs Tourville Dies Suddenly in Worcester Visit
Mrs Augustus Tourville aged 57 of 20 Roosevelt street died suddenly this morning about 11 o'clock in Worcester while visiting relatives. She had been in failing health but death was unexpected. She leaves sons and daughters Arthur Gilbertville Rose Peltier Southbridge Joseph Leo Edward and Albert Maynard. Funeral arrangements are not yet made.

J C Friend Passes Away Retired Concord Druggist
Concord druggist J C Friend died in Beverly on Wednesday at age 84. He owned drug stores at Walden and Main, later Snow Pharmacy, and built Friend's Block housing the store. Funeral services were held at his Beverly home and at the First Parish Meeting House in Concord, with burial in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.

Fires Ravaged 1932 See Record 81 Incidents
The fire department reports 81 fires in 1932, the highest in years, including 27 bell alarms and the rest telephone calls for forest grass and chimney fires. In 1931 there were 15 fires. The major losses include Waltham Street Hall, a Taylor Road house, and several homes on Elm Street Riverbank Road and Waltham Street. There were multiple false alarms, notably at Paper Mill corner at midnight.
