Bain led the losers with 11 points while Joskirka contributed a run up in points for team 7 as they defeated team 6. Concord Dalgo Bregoli of the All Stars strong-armed bowler rolls 360 in a high triple and 136 high single. The All Stars post a 1786 three-string total, a new night record, with Depot and Lincoln also breaking the previous mark. Depot wins 3-1 over Knights, Lincoln sweeps Thrift, while Thrift posts a high team score of 1711 but loses.

Depot Leads Pin League by Three Points

Concord Depot remains atop the Mill Dam Bowling League as Lincoln, the defending champion, gains a point in Monday’s matches. Three records were set, with All Stars and Lincoln surpassing Depot’s previous team total. Dalgo Bregoli rolled the night’s best three-string total at 360.

Fourth Company Inactivated and Discharges Granted

Concord marks the end of five years of State Guard service as Fourth Company, 23rd Infantry, is inactivated. Nineteen members received discharges at the Waltham armory, with Captain Joseph Barr continuing service in other units and the 23rd Infantry band also ending its activity. The Concord unit had a storied record in drills, marksmanship, and emergency duties since 1941.

Lodge Plans Reception of New Staff at Odd Fellows Hall
