Dallas Anti-Trust SuitDismissed Over Inflammatory Indictment
Federal Judge W H Atwell ruled the Dallas anti trust case could not be tried citing inflammatory statements in the indictment. He sustained demurrers and quash motion deeming the charges improper to present to a jury. The editors note the lawyers previously made similar allegations in prior actions and remain unsatisfied with the Dallas ruling.
