Public Hearing Set on Town Warrant at Vets Building
Concord A public hearing will be held at the Veterans Building next Tuesday evening February 8 at 8 oclock to hear proposed articles in the town warrant. Belmont youth arraigned for armed robbery in Concord Court
Cottford Paul M Murphy, 20, of 147 Trapelo Road Belmont, faced armed robbery charges after being arraigned in Concord District Court before Judge Pierre Northrup. He pleaded not guilty and a February 1 date was set. Murphy, held on 5000 cash surety, was remanded to East Cambridge jail without counsel but intends to hire. He was arrested after a Cambridge pickup and handed to Lexington Police for a $400 holdup at Colonial Pharmacy Lexington Center about 6:55 PM.
