Died suddenly a Maynard resident is survived by two sons Ernest of Maynard and Albert of Revere and four daughters Mrs John Sullivan of Maynard Mrs Gunner Hemmington of Bedford Mrs Martin Walsh of Brookline and Miss Pearl Rasmussen of Maynard. A large floral tributes line the home as neighbors and friends pay tribute. The funeral took place Sunday afternoon with services conducted by Rev Eaton Marshall, Methodist Church. Bearers from Maynard Post VFW included Ernest Johnson Joseph Boothroyd Michael Towler Elmer Mattson William Morrill and Peter Peterson. VFW Auxiliary performed committal service.
Woman named Marian Gale injured in car skid on a slippery road. Her injuries include fractures to both ankles and other bruises. She was treated at Emerson Hospital and returned home several days ago.

The Enterprise extends congratulations to Charles M Baggesen a Concord resident for 60 years who celebrated his 80th birthday at his Union Street home on Saturday His wife Mrs Baggesen marked their 58th wedding anniversary on October 2 at the same residence.

John C. Hall moderated and was paid 640 with a similar amount to the clerk. chairman gets 66 and other members 60 for board services. yearly chairman 125 and members 100. treasurer Alshot Devol was voted 660 for services and salary to be set. The board also moved to delay further service extension and consider related actions.
The Concord Taxpayers Association annual meeting with Mr. Henry F. Long commissioner of Corporations and Taxation, is postponed from December 16 to January 11. The session will be at 8 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
Licenses to sell beer and wine filed with the Selectmen are to be voted on at tonight’s meeting. William Lawlor seeks a tavern license on Waltham Street now Albert Riley. Joseph and Russo apply for an alcoholic license at 51 Street where they operate a tavern and wine license. Joseph seeks a beer and package store license at 52 Street for a new location.
