Armory Notes On Drill and Prize Distribution
At a Sept 10 drill last year apt Dee split the company into six squads of ten. Squad 5 earned a $25 attendance prize, shared by members including Sergt Chisholm Corn James Dee and Privates Grant McKenna Yoreau Feehan Flavin Noble. Five squad members posted 1% attendance. The unit takes a October break. drills resume then as the new armory nears occupancy. Public schools reopen Sept 7 with a homecoming the following week.
