A Good Catch Deputy Arrests Miller in Whisky Case
Deputy United States Marshal M dH Gammon arrested Andy Miller last Friday forty five miles southeast of Bristol for making and selling illicit whisky. Miller, who owned a red car and a double barrel shotgun, resisted claiming no one could arrest him. He bore a United States warrant and was searched after surrendering on Holston Mountain.
