H N Smith announced plans for dedicating the Knox City Plant Materials Center on September 7. Donald A Williams will speak, with tours 8:30-10:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. The center serves Texas Oklahoma and adjoining states with 850 plant varieties under study for soil and water conservation.
