His wife suffered a broken nose and facial cuts. both were hospitalized at Blackwood Hospital. The pickup driver J B Hilley and car driver P B Hornberg are named in the report.
Funeral services set for J. B. Arthur 43 at First Methodist Church at 2 p.m. He died after a heart attack at Harris Hospital following a Sunday incident at his Sinclair Service Station. Survived by wife, four children, including Barry a Comanche High School junior and football captain, plus parents, a brother and a sister.

Mrs Leta B Thompson, 67, was found burned to death last Thursday afternoon near her brother’s farm between Lamkin and Carlton. She left a note naming funeral plans and songs, including What Friend We Have in Jesus, and asked Rev Len Dalton to conduct. An inquest ruled death self inflicted with no criminal act. burial planned at Carlton Cemetery.
Mrs J F Dunlap of Odessa and Mrs J C Youngblood of Houston visited Mrs George Bagley who is ill in the local hospital along with other relatives.
