Comanche County Grand Jury Indicts 28 Defendants
The Comanche County 52nd Judicial District grand jury returned 29 indictments against 28 defendants after a two day session led by District Attorney Bobby Cummings. Charges include aggravated assault burglary theft DWI possession of marijuana and forgery with one defendant facing two counts including aggravated assault and attempted murder. A petit jury venire was set for Oct 16 and arraignments planned for Oct 17. Bill Wilson faces arson trial in connection with a jail fire.
