Criminal Appeals HITS Allison Law in Dry Territory Case
Austin, Oct. 14. The Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that intoxicating liquor may be delivered into dry territory if not intended to violate Texas law. In ex parte Elmer Peede of Kaufman County the case was reversed and the author was discharged. The decision upholds the constitutionality of the law and broadens liquor delivery allowances.
