The Baby Show at the Comanche County Fair drew eight entries due to infantile paralysis fears. Judges were Mesdames J. O. Tunnell C. M. Moore and Marion Wilkerson. Juanita Smith won the first prize a solid gold bracelet. Minnie Mae Black took second prize a solid gold ring.
Charlie Purcell reports Lamkin remains on the map with Wilsonian prosperity. O W plans a new hall on Main Street and leases the lower floor to groups organizing a bank. Lamkin School is described as in excellent condition, marking one of the best terms in the school’s history.
H. J. Smith, once a Comanche resident, moved two years ago to Georgia and has now returned to Comanche and plans to move his family back to Maryland, deeming it a suitable place to settle.

Mrs Nell Reese and her children arrive from Dublin to visit the home of Mr and Mrs Wim Reese, staying as guests.
