Jury Returns 17 Indictments in Comanche County Court
Comanche County's 52nd District Court grand jury returned seventeen felony indictments Tuesday after a session begun Monday. District Judge Byron McClellan received the report before 4:00 p.m. and recessed action subject to recall. Defendants to be arraigned October 20 for pleas and trial settings. Names may not be released until custody. Indictments include removal of mortgaged property thefts forgery burglaries two DWI offenses decency with a child and no aggravated assaults.
