A party of Frisco officials inspected their property and studied business conditions in the territory during a weeklong tour. The group included G. H. Schleyer general manager W C Preston traffic manager W E Livingston superintendent and EB Wynne Jr division freight agent. They traveled across the Fort Worth and Rio Grande division.
Stamford preacher Rev. C. R. Taylor will preach at the First Baptist Church Sunday and Sunday night. Sunday is regular promotion day in the Sunday School and every pupil is urged to attend.

Allied forces push from the Aisne to the Oise toward Paris as German lines shrink in a long 120 mile zigzag. Reinforcements arrive from France, India, and Canada while Antwerp and east Prussia see renewed fighting and claims of victory on both sides.

The Girls Canning Club drew much attention for its canning work and high yields. Mrs. Kittles expects first prize in canning and yields unless others improve. Funds are needed to send the county’s exhibits to Dallas. supporters are urged to assist Mrs. Kittles. Next week will name prize winners and prizes.
