One Hundred Men Begin Work on Comanche Streets Project

Dave V. Wilson of Van Dyke claims ownership of a 1863 Comanche County state warrant issued July 18 1863 payable to bearer and never paid. He says it passed through his mother and late husband Val Wilson, with endorsements by C. H. Randolph and that the county paid for civil service with warrants during the Civil War.
