The First Methodist Church hosts a Union Thanksgiving Service next Wednesday night November 23 with Dr C C Klingman of the Christian Church as speaker and Pat Howard directing songs. Comanche’s First Baptist Central Christian First Presbyterian and First Methodist join in this hopeful worship invitation from Rev Piez Todd.

Dublin and Coleman clash for a state playoff game at Brownwood Saturday night with 8 PM kickoff. Dublin enters with a 10 game win streak after beating Comanche 22-6, while Coleman dominated 7-AA with a 4-0 point defense and a 94-point total.
Ladies of the Christian Church plan a rummage sale in the KP Lodge Building on the east side of the square this Saturday, November 26. They will offer used clothing and other rummage items and invite shoppers to visit and browse.
