Sheriff Sale Notice in Comanche County Texas 1926
The sheriff will sell on the first Tuesday in April 1926 at the Comanche courthouse door certain interests in oil and gas leases owned by Argonaut Oil Co and associated lessees. The properties include multiple described tracts across J N Benton and Doty surveys, totaling numerous acres, in Comanche County Texas, to satisfy a judgment in Walter B. Scott vs George E. Wye et al for $3,000 plus costs. Sheriff J. T. Gilbreath signs the notice.
