Beattie Club News Promotes Home Drying Kraut Making
Beattie Home Demonstration Club met in the school auditorium for its main gathering led by Miss Mayfield the Home Demonstration Agent. She shared practical indoor drying and preserving methods for fruits and vegetables and announced kraut making techniques for the August meeting. Members plan a display of sack-made articles and invite neighbors to attend.
