Automobile thefts hit Comanche area after midnight
Thieves targeted four residences in Comanche's housing area on Monday night. A spare tire was stolen from J. F. Tate's car, a front casing from Slider and Lacy's truck, three casings from S. P. Smith's car, a wheel and casing from Clyde House's car, all likely by an out of town suspect. Officers chase name as possible burglaries.

Three Charged in Liquor Raid on De Leon Highway
Officers Denny Conner and J W Ash raided a filling station on the De Leon Highway between De Leon and Dublin last Tuesday afternoon about four. Fifty bottles of alleged beer were seized. Tom Mahon, operator, faced two selling liquor charges and was released on bond.
