The sheriff is commanded to publish this citation in a Comanche Texas newspaper for four weeks. WoL. Save, residence unknown, must appear before the County Court at the next regular term in Comanche to answer a petition filed January 24 1924 in suit No. 1498 by Allie Beal plaintiff against W J Save defendant. The note dated April 3 1920 for 864.50 with 10 percent interest payable in Comanche is owned by Allie Beal who was assigned it June 27 1923. Defendant has not paid any part of the debt.
