Robert Williams named Rural Citizen of the Month at the Chamber of Commerce January meeting for his business enterprise and community support. The board appointed a director election committee led by Vic Scott with four assistants. ballots and rolls will be mailed in February for six new directors to join the March meeting. A February 18 workshop at Brownwood is scheduled with a registration fee. Banquet plans include a committee led by David Beene and a Citizen of the Year nominee process set for April 3 pending circumstances.
