Onstott, arrested near Wilson, waived examination. bond set at 750 dollars and posted. Onstott is a married man.

Mrs Ridley Sanford Moodie wife of P Moodie died suddenly at her home after a noon stroke of paralysis. Funeral at Presbyterian church followed by interment at Oakwood cemetery. Born February 23 1864 in Milledgeville Georgia she joined the M E church at 15. Survived by husband three children Sanford Malcolm Mary and four stepchildren Lizzie Mae Scurry Maggie Robert and Peter Moodie. She was a Daughters of the Confederacy and O E S member. Funeral conducted by Rev C L Cartwright with an obituary tone mourning her long faithfulness and family roles.
