I P Smith Dies At Sipe Springs
I P Smith pioneer resident of Comanche County died Thursday January 20 at his home in Sipe Springs. Born March 11 1867 at Rusk Texas he married Elizabeth Easley September 15 1889 and had eleven children. Survived by wife six sons four daughters twenty three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He joined Sipe Springs Methodist Church in 1885 at eighteen, oldest member on the roll.
