4 H Club members met Monday to reorganize the Clay 1 group. Not many new members but each newcomer started effort for stronger club this year. Officers elected include President Berlie Vancleave Vice President George Anna Weaver Secretary Alta Jones Yell Leaders Miss Jonet Parson and Cyril McCullough Song Leader Virginia Hall Reporter Zannett Lane. Mr Barton spoke on projects and new clubs and forecast a stronger year.
Rev Tinner of Vandyke preached Saturday night and Sunday at Elm Grove. Next Sunday afternoon Bro Scott will lead. Local families visited relatives and conducted small town travel notes with mentions of Summers Hart Smith and Woovisey. Burks and Son advertise bonded insured transfer services.
The Comanche County Commissioners Court invites bids from banks or individuals to serve as County Depository for two years. Proposals due by 10 a.m. March 11 1929 to the County Judge with a certified check of at least 1 percent.

State of Texas Comanche County notices creditors that C L Garrett Jr executed a deed of assignment on January 10 1929 conveying property to the assignee for proportional creditor settlement and discharge.
