Dairy Hand Found Dead Near Comanche Oklahoma
The body of 58 year old dairy farm worker Melvin Ray Heatley was found at the Davis farm north of Comanche after he apparently died overnight or Wednesday night. Justice of the Peace O A Brazier ruled death from natural causes. Heatley had been employed at the Davis farm for about two months and is survived by a daughter and several siblings.

Mrs. M. L. Smart Rites Thursday
Funeral services for Mrs. M. L. Smart aged 70 were held Thursday afternoon at the Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. A Gustine native who lived in the area 13 years died Wednesday in a Stephenville hospital. Interment followed at Union Cemetery in Gustine. Reverend Lafe Smallwood officiated.
