Hicks Arrested On Swindling Charge
J. C. Hicks was arrested Saturday afternoon in Graham on a swindling charge for passing a worthless check in Comanche about a month ago. Deputy Perry St. Clair brought Hicks back from Graham Sunday and Hicks entered a guilty plea in County Court Monday. He was assessed a $1 fine and costs totaling $46.
