Rev A J Moore died at his home after a brief illness in the Creamer Community. Interment was at Board Church cemetery. Born December 5 1847 in Randolph County Alabama he served two years in the Confederate Army Hood Division 81st Alabama Regiment. He married in Stewart County Georgia in 1868 and moved to Comanche County in 1905. He was an ordained Baptist minister and remained active until shortly before his death leaving a large family and many siblings.

Una Jane Henson six year old daughter of Mr and Mrs H M Henson died Tuesday Aug 21 after a illness of less than a day. Interment was on Wednesday at 2 pm at the New bury cemetery with Rev. D D Gilmore of Gustine in charge. Born July 2 1922 she was the only daughter in a family of seven sons and survived by Roy Willie George Fred Derette Burton Henson of Comanche county and Dick Henson of Angelo.
