Sidney farmer killed as cattle buyer is charged with murder
The shooting at the Damon Hall home in Sidney left Chester Carouth, 40, dead from three shotgun blasts. A Beattie area collision on State Highway 36 left Mr. and Mrs. Reuben R. Strickland dead at a Comanche hospital. Injured were William G Av enshine and Dr D T Thrower who were hospitalized.
