Hamlin Responds To Blanton Racketeer Charge In District Race

Judge Carl O. Hamlin rebuts Tom Blanton’s attack labeling him a racketeer over veteran compensation. He accuses Blanton of misuse of the Congressional frank to mail political literature and cites falsified statements from a speech printed in the Congressional Record. Hamlin defends his Army service and disability, challenges release of his full compensation file, and appeals for voters to evaluate issues directly.
