Calves weighed about 610 pounds and were fed on crushed corn oats and cottonseed meal. This was his first car and a record top for Comanche County.

Chas A Brick Dies in Ozona at 73
Chas A Brick, longtime Comanche resident, died at 10 30 p m April 11 at his daughter’s home in Ozona. He was 73 years 6 months and 11 days old and had lived in West Texas since the late 1890s. Funeral services were by Confederate veterans at Fairmount Cemetery San Angelo on April 12 conducted by Rev E F Lyon.
