Armour Fertilizer outlet announces delivery in three to four days and offers custom mixes. D O Williams invites customers to the new Tate building location at the southeast corner of the Square. Miss Clyde Coan, ex County Clerk, visited Comanche Monday.
Hobart's Cafe opens in a new location at East Side Square, in the former City Grocery stand, offering short orders plate lunches sandwiches hamburgers and cold drinks. Mr and Mrs R B Strayhorn of Fort Worth visited Comanche over the weekend with Mrs W L Randals.
Mrs. J. C. Kimmell died at her Highland area home on Monday March 26 and was interred March 27 at Round Grove Cemetery with Eld. S. W. Short officiating. Born January 21, 1884 near Dublin she married J. C. Kimmell in 1889 and lived near De Leon most of her life. Surviving are husband seven children and several siblings.
Public notice commands the sheriff to publish this writ for four weeks. It cites Cotha Clayton and husband J C Clayton as defendants in a debt suit filed April 5 1934 by F O Jaye in Justice Court Precinct 5 De Leon. The May 9 1974 term summons them to answer.

Mrs Nick Bar ranco of Beaumont Texas suffered side pains and poor rest and appetite. After using Cardui she reports pain stopped and health improved. She took seven bottles in all and notes Cardus has aided women for over five decades. Cardus is sold at all drug stores.
Rev B B Hestir, superintendent of Brownwood Home Missions, will preach at both morning and evening services this Sunday. The public is invited to attend 11 AM and 7 30 PM or Sabbath School at 9 45 AM. A Session meeting will be held later with time to be announced. D Chas Clarke.
Mr. and Mrs. Dale Cunningham and Mrs. Fred Huse spent the weekend in Ranger, enjoying a short trip and time away from home.
Joe Baker was employed by the Commissioners as County Trapper for a two month period and possible extension if necessary. His salary is set at 60 dollars per month and he is regarded as one of the region's best trappers.
