Funeral held for Arthur Bridges missing before body found
The body of 54 year old Arthur Hillman Bridges was recovered March 30 from Lake Proctor near High Point. Funeral services were held April 1 at Nabors Funeral Home in De Leon with Rev. Lanny Spruill officiating. Bridges, a cafe cook last seen March 23 after visiting two Lakesite spots, was found after searchers located his submerged car and then his body. No foul play suspected though investigation continues.
