Sidney Juniors Seniors To Hear Bill Thompson
Bill Thompson, Supervisor of Information Services at Texas Power & Light Co., will speak at the Sidney High School Junior and Senior banquet on Friday night, April 2 at 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Brownwood. Thompson spent 25 years in newspapers, including 14 as editor of The Paris News, and has received the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation in 1970 and 1973. He is Finance Chairman of the First United Methodist Church in Plano and teaches a Sunday School class.
