Stevens County Fair Promises Biggest Livestock Show Yet

The Stevens County Livestock Show and Fair will run September 27 to 30 in Colville with enlarged grounds, a doubled grandstand, improved race track, and expanded exhibit hall. Highlights include a parade, Indian village, aerial exhibition, free evening entertainments, and a Spokane Elks performance on Saturday. Admission remains low, with business closures in Colville from 1 to 4 each day.

Four Big Days Fair Program Colville Events

Chewelah plans a Columbus day celebration on October 12 to mark the Inland Empire highway completion between Spokane and Colville. Senator Miles Ponder, Governor Louis Hart, Highway Commissioner James Allen, and other state officials will speak. Colville and nearby towns are invited to join.
