Street Paving Delays and New Bids Sought in Colville
The Colville council delayed Main street paving after an ordinance publication error thwarted bids. New bids for cement paving and East Astor work are set for August 6 with separate bids for grading and sidewalking. Additional meters, police pay raise, and broader sidewalk ordinances were approved along with notes on water metering and paving projections.
