A six cent reward notice from Greenville Georgia seeks Samuel Hoke a saddler and harness maker about five seven dark complected and weighing about 130 pounds. He left with a gold watch and unpaid board and dues and is believed headed to North Carolina. Citizens urged to aid in apprehension and papers should run the notice. Franklin courthouse bids invited for a Heard county building. Proposals due first Monday in June for court house hall and court room with sizes 40 by 50 and 30 by 50 and 40 feet square.
